Paul Peterson

Paul joined the Realty team in November 2023 as the company took on new outside investors and began to accelerate its strategic growth plan.  Paul brings 25 years of experience in managing value creation within small to midsize private equity owned businesses previously under founder ownership.  He has a strong belief that the cultural transformation required to do this is dependent upon high quality, digestible information being made available to the broadest population of employees through a cross-functional partnership with Finance
